[ Zelda is a little surprised at the response, her eyebrows rising slightly as she meets Lilith's eyes. ]

You heard me. [ Zelda has had her fair share of struggle in her life, but the one thing that's always remained solid was her family. That's security she knows Lilith has never had. ] Surely you don't think I would ever turn you away.

( she's frozen, just watching her, unable to find the words for this. so she acts on impulse, quick lean in to kiss her, body turning the rest of the way as she does.

it starts a light kiss, quickly deepening, telling of all of the things that lilith doesn't have words for -- her love, her gratitude. how much she wants her )

[ Zelda's eyes flutter close as she answers the kiss, her hands raising from the water to cup Lilith's jaw gently with her fingertips as her mouth works against her.

Pausing for a breath, Zelda rests her forehead against Lilith's and drops her hand, fingers trailing down her throat and between her breasts. ]

( she lets out a sigh and it's only now that zelda's touching her again that she realises exactly how much they've been apart )

As preferable as this is-- ( and she doesn't want to stop her ) --we might want to finish what we came to do first.

( clean the blood from her and then you can love her )

[ Zelda leans in to capture Lilith's lips again, a slow, lazy kiss, and when she breaks it she whispers into her lips. ]

I want to feel you against me.

[ That need is growing inside of her, but Zelda also knows she's right. They need to finish this before they can move on. ]

You best settle back in before I am unable to restrain myself.
